The comfortable form-fitted table, on which the client rests, has a basin set into it. The equipment is plumbed to the sewer system from the bottom of the basin. It is odorless! Tubing connects the tank with the rectal tube, which is the size of a pencil. The LIBBE colon hydrotherapy device is FDA-registered and approved. The rectal tubes are sterile and are disposed of after use. The Procedure for the Colonic Session: The session is about 45 minutes to an hour. Less than 6 gallons of water may be used during the session at a safe controlled temperature of 98 to 102 degrees. The water temperature may be adjusted lower or higher during the session. Dried oregano Method To make the dressing, pour yoghurt into a bowl or jug, then peel and chop the garlic and mix into the yoghurt. Stir in lemon juice, olive oil and oregano. While the dressing is marinating, chop the mushrooms and lightly sauté in a little olive oil. Do not overcook; they should be just a couple of minutes in the pan. Throw salad greens into a large salad bowl. Add the cooked mushrooms and about a dozen olives. Chop and add the avocado, fresh tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes. Now pour on the dressing and toss well.
